AKRON, Pa. – Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is in the process of moving its historical records currently housed in Goshen, Ind., to the MCC U.S. office in Akron, Pa.
Previously, MCC stored many records in the Mennonite Church USA Historical Committee Archives, Goshen.
MCC records will be jointly managed by Frank Peachey of MCC U.S. and Kaitlin Miller of MCC Canada. Requests for historical information will be processed through the Akron office. Contact Peachey at FrankPeachey@mcc.org.
MCC looks forward to working directly with researchers, said Tina Mast Burnett, MCC U.S. director of administrative services. She noted that while materials will be temporarily unavailable during the move, Peachey welcomes messages and requests at any time. Linda Espenshade, MCC News Coordinator
