•The work of AMC’s new, volunteer led youth engagement team;

•Covering costs for youth to attend events like Summer Celebration or Snow Camp;

•As we prepare for Kathy’s retirement, supporting the work of the search committee to hire, welcome and onboard a new conference administrator;

•As our conference geography has expanded, helping to defray travel costs for Amy, our new Conference Minister to visit and get to know current congregations while also engaging with prospective, new conference congregations; and

•Ensure that critical care and support structures, as well as opportunities for collaboration and learning continue to be provided to our pastors.
